Cooking the fish we "caught" at Billingsgate!

Today we fished out of the freezer one of our wild caught sea breams and some scallops from our recent trip to Billingsgate and a few hours later dinner was served:








Menu for 2:
/starter
pan seared scallops with thyme and a drop of shrimp chili oil
/main
whole wild caught sea bream, oven baked with slices of lemon, fresh oregano and a garlicky oil&lemon sauce
/dessert
just fruit - on a diet till our supper club rehearsal!
