Today we fished out of the freezer one of our wild caught sea breams and some scallops from our recent trip to Billingsgate and a few hours later dinner was served:
Menu for 2:
pan seared scallops with thyme and a drop of shrimp chili oil
whole wild caught sea bream, oven baked with slices of lemon, fresh oregano and a garlicky oil&lemon sauce/dessert
just fruit - on a diet till our supper club rehearsal!
